Absolutely! We’re dedicated to staying vegan and cruelty-free. This means we do not test on animals at any stage or use animal-by products and only work with suppliers who uphold the same standards.

Where is my order shipping from?
Your products will be shipped out of our warehouses in sunny California.
What is your processing time?
Our standard processing time is now between 3-5 days. Standard domestic shipping takes about 5-7 business days for package delivery.
How long does it take to receive international orders?
International orders can take 15-30 business days to arrive.
How do I cancel my order?
Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping cart. We do our best to ship out the items as fast as possible, thus once your order is placed, it cannot be modified.
Lé French Tips does not process direct exchanges. We ask that you return the merchandise for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience. Returns are subject to our Return Policy.
What is your returns & exchanges policy?
We are sorry your order didn’t work out! Lé French Tips offers a 7-day money-back guarantee. We want you to love our products, but understand if you need a different style. A $8 return label fee will be charged for refunds back to the original form of payment, or get a free return label if you select store credit.
How long does it take to process a return?
Once your order arrives back to our warehouse it will be processed within 7 business days.
